Our focus is stage and sector agnostic but to invest meaningfully into a small number of core businesses which grow as India grows. Our investment philosophy is to invest with a value + growth mindset based on what we have learned from Buffett, Chuck Akre & Seth Klarman.

Our 1st product is a Portfolio Management Service (PMS) with a FlexiCap approach. We invest mostly in Financial Services, Enduring Brands / High ROCE companies, Innovation Economy and Special Situations. We think of ourselves as semi-permanent business owners and not as stock traders.

The firm is founded by Krishna Killa. He is a Chartered Accountant (All India Rank 14) by education and has 12+ years of experience across working at leading private equity firm – Bain Capital - with $100B+ in Assets under Management, global consulting firm - Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and entrepreneurship.

We are truly passionate about investing in great businesses and approach investment management with high level of diligence, similar to how we manage our own capital. We bring a Private Equity style deep due diligence into public market investing to prevent permanent loss of capital. We do hedges, take cash calls and generate yields at different points to safeguard investments.
